snowy and freezy it bites outside
cozy and snuggly inside
it gives me this peaceful mind as we
gather together and do anything... simple
it's that contrast at times extreme that is so stimulating to me
in these states of four seasons
seasons go on in my head all the time
last night I started reading a book
about the effects of hope and positive mental states
in relation to healing
much to learn, always, all ways
